This site serves a fictional LSPD FiveM roleplay department. Do not submit real identity documents, passwords, financial information, home addresses, or real-world emergency reports.

Who can see your information

Forms are stored privately and routed to authorized staff. Complaints and Internal Affairs reports have separate permissions. Site administrators control those permissions. Submissions and internal notes are never published in the public roster or announcements.

Optional identity for complaints

You may leave your name and contact information blank on complaint and Internal Affairs forms. This limits follow-up. Do not assume anonymity if details or linked evidence identify you.

Accounts and service protection

Department accounts are provisioned by staff. Applicants may create an applicant-only account using an email address, username, and password. If an application is accepted, authorized staff can onboard that same account as a department member; acceptance alone does not grant department permissions. The application stores a salted password hash, secure session identifiers, email, role, and the applicant's own application and status notices. Applicant accounts can only read their own application records. Status updates are shown in the applicant portal; email notifications are not configured. Public intake uses short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. The hosting provider may maintain service logs.

Access, correction, and retention

Contact department administration through the public feedback form with your submission reference to request a correction or discuss retention. Do not include the original sensitive details again. Records remain until department administrators arrange removal under their retention process; there is no automatic deletion schedule.
